Barkville Dog Rescue Chiffon
(770) 846-8946

Chiffon is an adorable Red Nose Pitbull/Boxer Mix looking for her forever family! She’s 6mo old (Feb ) and should weigh around 50lbs when fully mature. This cutie has a long body and short legs, along with the cutest face that is asking to be snuggled! Chiffon is dog friendly, and does well with kids too! Since she’s still just a puppy, she’s currently working on her potty training, leash skills, and crate training. Chiffon is very outgoing, has a medium energy level, and loves to play chase with her doggy friends! She would love to have another playful dog friend in her forever home, a fenced yard to play in.

Chiffon would love a forever family who will continue her basic obedience training, and will provide her the structure and love she needs to grow up to be a wonderful mature dog. She hasn’t been on many car rides, so she will need lots of “fun” outings to help her feel more comfortable. Chiffon will be spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated before an adoption is finalized. For more information about this sweet girl, please click here to email us or click here to submit an adoption application.

BarkVille is located in Roswell, GA and our dogs are available for foster/adoption in the Greater Atlanta area. Applicants in surrounding states could potentially adopt a BarkVille dog if their application is approved, they live within 2-3 hours of the Greater Atlanta area, and they are able to pick up their dog from the foster home.

Lifeline Animal Project Velter

(404) 294-2263

Meet Velter, our Pet Of The Week.

One glance and it’s plain to see that Velter is one dashing dude. He has the most endearing floppy ears and gorgeous speckled coloring. He’s a good sport too… he was totally unfazed by volunteer friends dressing him in PJs for pictures. He’s SUPER treat-motivated, so he’ll be easy to train. He certainly has ‘sit’ mastered, but you better deliver those treats quickly because he’s a smart boy. Velter is also a good leash walker, and he can’t wait to take his next walk with you!

Come check out Velter today! LifeLine Animal Project’s Community Animal Center is located at 3180 Presidential Drive, Atlanta GA 30340. If you think Velter might be your pawfect match, click here to email the LifeLine Animal Project to set up a meet & greet, or call (404) 613-0358 today.   Meet Kirk, the charismatic 1-year-old black domestic shorthair male cat. Despite his sleek and mysterious appearance, Kirk is a bundle of affection waiting to shower his humans with love. He adores nothing more than snuggling up close for cuddles, purring contentedly as he basks in the warmth of companionship. Kirk’s favorite pastime is lounging by the window, where he can indulge in his love for observing the world outside.

With his keen eyes and curious nature, he finds endless fascination in the comings and goings of the day. When not watching the world go by, Kirk can often be found curled up in a cozy spot, enjoying a blissful nap. Adoptable Lela is checking in! This girl is the biggest love bug. She loves to be outside in a fenced in yard chasing toys! She is and is crate and house trained, fully vetted and heartworm negative! She has yet to be cat tested but can do that for you! She can’t wait to meet you! Just give her that chance, Lela will be your your bestest friend! So get those inquiries in asap! Click here to email right now!

Angels Among Us Pet Rescue Irvin

(877) 404-5874

Hi! My name is Irvin and I am about the sweetest boy there ever was. I’m a black lab mix and I weigh about 70 pounds. They think I’m 6 years old. For a while I had to hang out in this thing called a shelter, and while I was there, they had me meet all the new doggies coming in. They said I was so good I was their “temperament tester,” whatever that means. All I know is I just love everyone and always want a human or a dog nearby. My foster mom says my name should be Shadow because I just follow her around everywhere.

I love living inside a house! It’s warm and I feel safe. I don’t like that crate they make me sleep in sometimes because it reminds me of my sad time in the shelter, but I will go in if you bribe me with treats! I’ll bark for a bit if I am left alone. I eventually just settle in and wait for foster mom to come back, but since I can be a bit of a loudmouth, I probably shouldn’t live in an apartment. I live with some cats right now, but I’m not very interested in them and just let them do their thing. I have made some new doggie friends at my foster home and would be great with just about any dog, but I am also fine to just live with a human and no other dogs. Big bonus if I can sit on the sofa with you (but foster mom doesn’t allow that and that’s okay too as long as you give me lots of love). I’m pretty good on a leash, but also love a fenced in yard so I can explore. I’ve learned very quickly that I always go outside to go potty.

One other thing, once I became an Angel, they took me to a vet and they said I have this thing called heart worms. Gross! I am doing great so far and they said I just have to get a few shots and lay low for a bit. The good news is you can go ahead and adopt me if you do it soon! The rescue will let me go ahead to my furr-ever home before I get my first shot and still pay for the rest of the treatment. I’m a pretty easy patient, the only thing you have to remember during my treatment is to keep me calm, but I’m a pretty calm boy anyway!

An adoption application for him can be found and submitted online by clicking here. Please be sure to like our Facebook page by clicking here. For more information on Dom, our Rescue or any of the available pets we are currently hosting, please click here.

PAWS in Middle Georgia Canoli

(478) 227-8805

Cannoli is so smart and very playful! She loves to play with toys and is very gentle with them. Her potty training is coming along great. Even though it was a new house, she had no problem finding where to sit or lay. On my feet while I cook or work, or belly crawling across my lap to cuddle up and watch TV. All she wanted was to be near me.

Cannoli is the sweetest and most gentle puppy. All she wants is love and she’s very patient if you are working or doing chores. She will sit at your feet quietly until she gets some attention.

Cannoli just needs someone willing to spend time and patience to perfect her housetraining.”

Tilted Acres Rescue and Adoption (T*A*R*A) Finn

(845) 343-1000

Hello, I’m Finn, an 12-month-old, domestic, medium hair. I’m a young, sweet, and shy soul, but once I warm up to you, I become your playful, cuddly friend. I’m a bit of a scaredy-cat, so I would love a home with another feline friend to help me feel safe. I also get along with calm dogs, they make me feel protected. Small children can be a bit overwhelming for me, so a home without them would be perfect. I promise to bring you joy and companionship. Adopt me and let’s make wonderful memories together. I deserve a loving home, and you deserve a friend like me.

Our adoption fees include spay or neuter, microchip, rabies vaccination, and all other age appropriate vaccinations. For information on Tommy, or any of our other adoptees, please click here to go to our website, or click here to email us about the pet you want to get to know better.
