A Rome woman was arrested on a felony aggravated assault charge following an altercation at her Wilkerson Road apartment Friday.

According to Floyd County Jail records, Bethany Nicole Higley threw a knife at a man.

She also allegedly shoved him during the altercation resulting in an additional charge of simple battery.
