FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A Rome man was arrested Sunday evening after fleeing from Georgia State Troopers while under the influence.

According to Floyd County Jail records, 37-year old Christopher Dale Hudgins was taken into custody on Wax Road at the county line.

He is charged with felony fleeing or attempting to elude, DUI, obstruction of officers, aggressive driving, four counts of running s stop sign, speeding, reckless driving, failure to maintain a lane, driving on the wrong side of the road, distracted driving, too fast for conditions, passing in a no-passing zone, and driving without a license.
