FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A homeless man was arrested Monday on a felony warrant charging him with rape.

According to the warrant, 38-year old Jacob Ray Horney raped a woman between the dates of October 1 and October 5 of this year.

The rape occurred at an undisclosed location in Floyd County, according to the warrant.
