A man is accused of attacking staff at the Wendy’s on Martha Berry Boulevard because he was given the wrong drink.

According to a Rome Police Department report and Floyd County Jail records:

25-year-old Foncuyon Y Finley Jr. was in the drive-thru when he threw the drink back at the employees through the window.

He then got out of his vehicle and tried to attack the staff physically, punching one employee in the right eye and lower lip.

Finley then got a scraper and tried to stab or cut the employee.

Finley is charged with aggravated assault and battery.

The incident occurred on Friday just before 4 p.m.
