The President’s Gala kicked off with a brief meet-and-greet at the Nelson and Trudy Price Learning Center before moving to the main event at the Shorter University gym.

Dr. Ben Bruce, Vice President of University Advancement, expressed gratitude for the success of the President’s Gala in raising funds to support Shorter University student scholarships.

Shorter University President Dr. Don Dowless introduced Sorbo as the primary featured guest speaker.

In his speech, Sorbo reflected on his key career and life moments and his passion for faith-based films.
