In-person advanced voting for the November 2 municipal elections continues and this will be the first weekend for Saturday voting.
Rome voters can cast ballots at the Floyd County Elections Office on East 4th Avenue from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday..
There are six candidates seeking three Ward Two seats on the city commission.
They are Elaina Beeman, LuGina Brown, Tyrone Holland, Victor Hixon, and incumbents Randy Quick and Jamie Doss.
Nine candidates are seeking seven seats on the Rome City School Board.
They are Pascha Burge, Tracy Anthony-McDew, Ron Roach, and incumbents Will Byington, Faith Collins, Dr. Melissa Davis, Jill Fisher, Alvin Jackson Sr., and John Uldrick.
Voters in Cave Spring can vote Saturday at city hall from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
There are six total candidates running for the three posts on the Cave Spring City Council.
Incumbent Charles Jackson is being challenged by Stacey Royston, incumbent Nellie McCain is facing a challenge from Jason West and Steve Pierce is seeking to unseat incumbent Nancy Fricks.
